Champions Beginner Girls Class is for girls age 6 and up. Students learn gymnastics basic terminology and initial skills for all 4 Olympic events. They exercise on multiple trampoline stations, and have the greatest opportunity to develop strength, body awareness, coordination, flexibility, self-esteem and a love for sport. Champions United offers the most well-equipped and maintained facility for safe training at every event. Instructed by our professional gymnastics staff, every child has opportunity to acquire necessary skills to continue into the next level of our program and secure a base for an exciting and rewarding gymnastics experience. 

Champions Intermediate level classes are designed for girls ages 6 and up who already developed some strength and flexibility to progress to a more complex training. Continuing training on recreational gymnastics in safe and progressive manner. Intermediate students receive professional instruction for more challenging skills, experience a greater spectrum of event options on floor, bars, balance beam, vault, tumble track, trampoline etc. With state of the art equipment, the best professional staff, and environment of positive coaching and constant rewards, every student not only develops their gymnastics ability, but a love for sport and healthy lifestyle! 

Champions Advanced classes are for girls ages 6  and up. As the final steps of our recreational gymnastics development system, the Advanced level students receive instruction from our most experienced recreational staff members, learn advanced gymnastics skills, and develop the requirements for mobility into competitive preparation groups if they choose that direction in the future. These students get to enjoy the greatest spectrum of full equipment use, the safest and most progressive teaching system, and additional gym time to continue the development and retention of skills achieved. 

Champions beginning boys ages 6 and up.  Designed for the beginners, students learn gymnastics basic terminology, beginning skills on all 6 Olympic events, enjoy additional time on one of our many trampoline stations, and have the greatest opportunity to develop strength, body awareness, coordination, flexibility, socialization, self-esteem and love for sport and develop healthy habits for life. Champions United offers the newest and most well equipped facility for proper and safe instruction at every event. Instructed by our professional gymnastics staff, every child will develop the necessary tools to continue into the next level of our program and secure a base for an exciting and rewarding gymnastics experience. 

 Boys Intermediate Classes are boys ages 6 and up.  Continuing the developmental system of recreational gymnastics in a safe and progressive manner, the Intermediate students will receive professional instruction of more challenging skills, experience a greater spectrum of event options, and gain the experience and skills necessary to one day move into the advanced gymnastics program!  With state of the art equipment, the best professional staff, and environment of positive coaching and constant rewards, every student will not only develop their gymnastics ability, but a love for sport and health! 

 Boys Advanced Classes are for ages 6  and up. As the final steps of our recreational gymnastics development system, the Advanced level students receive instruction from our most experienced recreational staff members, learn advanced gymnastics skills, and develop the requirements for mobility into competitive preparation groups if they choose that direction in the future.  PreSchool classes are for children ages 4-5. This class offers an exciting and challenging structure of gymnastics participation through themed classes, obstacle courses, and games. Additional time on one of our many trampoline stations will add that extra excitement and joy to every student’s day.  Classes are taught by our professional instructors on age and size appropriate equipment located up front for parent viewing! 

Parent and Me classes are for boys and girls ages 24 months to 4 years involve mom or dad and the toddler. Parents assist their little ones through fun and exciting games, obstacle courses and group activities. The focus is on developing basic motor skills, confidence, balance, coordination, and social interaction. Instructions are provided by our highly trained staff. Constant supervision and guidance are assisted by the parents to insure students’ comfort, enjoyment, and involvement.  This is a great way to have fun with your child.
