Gymnastics for ages two-and-a-half through five — kid-sized equipment, obstacle courses, and first turns on the bar.

Kid-sized equipment, short attention spans respected, and coaches who know that a first cartwheel is a big deal.

Mom or dad is on the floor for the whole class. Together you work through games, obstacle courses and group activities built for little bodies — motor skills, balance, coordination, confidence, and the first taste of taking turns with other kids.

A drop-off class built around themed lessons, obstacle courses and games, with extra time on the trampolines. Age- and size-appropriate equipment sits right up front, so you can watch the whole thing from the viewing area.

Every preschool class gets pit time. It’s where new skills get tried first, because landing in foam takes the fear out of falling.
Songs, stretching and a quick body warm-up as a group.
10 minBars, beam, vault, rope, tumbling, strength and an obstacle course — plus fun games, in small groups with lots of turns.
35 minThe part they’ll tell you about in the car.
15 minEvery preschool class runs a full hour.
1 hourA leotard, or a fitted t-shirt and shorts. Bare feet. Long hair tied back, and no jewelry on the equipment.
For Parent & Tot you’re on the floor with them. For Preschool it’s drop-off, and you’re welcome to stay and watch.
Very normal. Coaches start slow, and plenty of kids spend their first class watching more than doing. That’s fine.
We start at two-and-a-half. If your child is close, call us and we’ll talk it through.
